ms. Rudas 

My name is Marcela Rudas, and I'm originally from Colombia. I graduated as a telecommunications engineer, but I discovered my true passion in education.

I’ve been a teacher for nearly 10 years, with experience in preschool, elementary, and special education. I truly enjoy supporting students at every stage of their learning journey.

I lived in Canada for five years and have been in the United States for the past 12. I'm also a proud mom of two—my daughter is 16, and my son is 12.

Outside of school, I love spending time with my children, reading, cooking, and doing crafts.

I’m very excited to be part of this team and look forward to a wonderful school year together!

I will be actively collaborating with my 1st grade teaching team to provide an academically challenging and fun environment for my students.
